I don't feel anything was done to properly diagnose the problem I was having with my Fusion. I think either Jerry or the Technician went with the simplest shotgun approach and suggested I get a whole new problem I was having with my Fusion. I think either Jerry or the Technician went with the simplest shotgun approach and suggested I get a whole new transmission. $7K!!!! I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and it turns out there is nothing wrong with the transmission. The computer did Not show any codes while running as Jerry told us it did. I don't know if Jerry was misinformed or what, but I hold Shottenkirk Ford Jasper Fully responsible for misrepresenting the problem to get a bigger payday. I will no longer give any of my business to Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. More
