He suggested a model based off what she was looking for that might suite her needs and ended up making a sale. His hospitality and expertise more then exceeded our expectations. We had some finishing touches that the car needed and Cory went above an beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Definitely recommend him in the future. My son JR purchased a 2009 SATURN AURA 4DR from Chris before he left for college and my oldest daughter JoLinda purchase a 2013 FORD FOCUS 4DR when the 2009 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SPORTS WG, skipped a timing chain last spring. I call on Chris Tropiano because it is more important to me to work with someone who has good work ethics and is not pushy and over barring than it is to find the perfect car. Jackie and I started our search online and then went into the dealer to test drive a Toyota Yaris, but quickly decided the car was too small and decided to look further. We took a walk around Covert Cadillac to check out the rest of their used car inventory and then there it was, An electric blue 2014 CADILLAC ATS 4DR! WOW, THE PERFECT CAR AFTER ALL! More
