While test driving we discovered a nail in one of the tires (new tires). Giovanni had the tire replaced to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Could have been easily patched, but Giovanni and Corwin Toyota went the extra mile! I will be using Corwin for all future auto purchases. If in the market for a new or used car, I recommend you give these guys a hard look. More

The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. It did take longer than expected to complete the purchase even though we were paying cash. Yesenia was excellent to work with. The one negative experience we’d like to address was while Yesenia was assisting us and actively speaking to us at her desk, an older lady came and squeezed herself between the wall and Yesenia to look for ‘cords’. This was very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary while any salesperson is with a customer. Yesenia was very polite to her and let her look for what she was looking for, but this was definitely not the time and the other lady definitely could’ve waited until Yesenia was not with a customer. We came to Corwin in Co. Springs to look at a different vehicle. Kevin pulled up the inventory and they had another Corolla Cross that aligned more with what I really wanted.
