We met Jerry at the dealership and he is a very friendly, outgoing and respectful guy who geniunely wanted to help me drive a car off the lot. I was in search of a gas saving vehicle but still wanted something with a little speed. Jerry recommended a 2018 Accord Sport and after test driving it, i decided to proceed with a lease. The whole process was easy and great. He helped me get a car even though i didn't have the longest credit history. I was able to sign on my own as a first time buyer. I couldn't be more thankful for Jerry's help. I was not expecting to be able to lease a car at my age without a co-signer. If you're having doubts about being able to get a car, i would recommend jerry a million times! He is really great. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him and shook his hand to the moment he handed me my keys. There was never a moment I felt uneasy about my experience at all! Usually at other dealerships they hand you your keys and send you off right away but Jerry made sure that I was 100% familiar with the features in my car which i really appreciated. We had stopped by and visited the dealership earlier that week as we ran errands late night and made our way for a quick visit to the dealership. As we browsed around the parking lot we had the opportunity to meet Jerry and that was when he handed us his business card. From first glance he seemed very good hearted, humble, and just gave us this warm welcoming personality. I guess what I’m trying to say is that he did not have that typical pushy sales man personality. We then returned that same weekend back to Honda in Cerritos and upon arrival we instantly asked for Jerry. Luckily for us he was working that day and we chose to have him assist us with out purchase. What can I say Jerry was all we thought he appeared to be previous days before. He gave us that warm welcoming feeling once again and was super friendly. Throughout the test drive and qualifying of our purchase we shared personal stories and so forth, not our typical kind of sales man right? Well to say the least, we absolutely loved it, it simply made us feel like we were talking to one of our family members. No need to say that he seems like a very authentic, kind, people person, cheerful, and very professional kind of man. He made our sale a phenomenal experience!!
