We had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle from Norm Reeves. We called ahead to make an appointment to view a car and were lucky enough to be scheduled with Phil Byrd. He has the personality that w Norm Reeves. We called ahead to make an appointment to view a car and were lucky enough to be scheduled with Phil Byrd. He has the personality that worked well for us. We looked at several pre-owned vehicles when we arrived in the morning. There was no pressure when we decided to go home and think about our options. Norm Reeves has a large inventory of pre-owned vehicles that are throughly inspected prior to being offered for sale from which to choose. We called Phil that evening to see if he was still there after we decided which car we wanted to purchase. He was just getting ready to leave but told to come on over. We took a test drive and the rest is history. All the paperwork and financial process was done efficiently and professionally. Phil gave me a tutorial on the tech stuff, helped me set up my iPhone, made sure the drivers seat was set to my preference, sent me a link to help with all the bells and whistles. He did this all without rushing or taking short cuts. I am really happy we decided to go with Norm Reeves and thank you Phil for making it a pleasant experience. More
