Recently purchased used vehicle at this location. Says on there web site they have a super 5 day vehicle exchange program. So tried to exchange my vehicle for a brand new one. The experience was horr Says on there web site they have a super 5 day vehicle exchange program. So tried to exchange my vehicle for a brand new one. The experience was horrible. Nobody there knows what the terms of the program are. So they called to come on down see what they could do was a waist of my time the vehicle I was looking at window sticker said like 30530.00. So sales guys brings manager over says oh there’s like 5000 dollars worth dealer installed stuff on there cars. So why is that not shown on there window stickers.what it amounts too is they really didn’t want to exchange my vehicle for the new one and just waisted my time. So the price you see on there web site or on there cars mean absolutely nothing. And there so called super vehicle exchange program means nothing. I told the sales manager that what there doing is false advertising show one price on there web site and window stickers then when you want to purchase it a completely different price. Just why couldn’t they just tell me over the phone there nothing they could do instead of having me come down there. And for what just to have another manager come over to shut me down More
