Solid online communication on the initial purchase with the Sales department. Finance department was horrible. got a first time finance guy with no support from senior Finance professionals. Ended up less the Sales department. Finance department was horrible. got a first time finance guy with no support from senior Finance professionals. Ended up less than 4 months later with a LEMON. Service department was no help and sent to a sister dealership and total cost to repair was $6K. Not entirely service departments help but difference between sister company and other dealership was $125 for diagnostic. Sales and Finance department wouldn't even speak to me when car was picked up. Horrible dealership and support after purchase. Shop around or buyer beware. More

Seen an Audi A3 online and talked to Rob for a 12:30 meeting. When arrived at the dealership the greeting salesman (Ismael Lopez) showed me the gates saying there is no A3 available. :-)) Needles to s meeting. Regarding pricing - online pricing was $20,900 (before taxes) while in the office the price was was $24,000 (before taxes) . You decide whether you want to work with such an dishonest entity.
