There have been no problems. I don't feel like they try to upsell me unnecessarily. Service was prompt. The snacks and beverages while waiting are a very nice touch. More

Not thrilled I bought a 2014 Ram. I bought the48/48 bumper to bumper warranty, only to have issues with the cruise control and find out that they don’t perform tha I bought a 2014 Ram. I bought the48/48 bumper to bumper warranty, only to have issues with the cruise control and find out that they don’t perform that kind of work on Rams and that I’d need to find another service shop that’ll accept my warranty. After the issue with Jerry on the purchase of the Ram. I’m not sure I’ll go back for anything but the oil changes I prepaid for. More
