I bought my car and I had several issues with bad customer service. In order to get the “we owe” items fixed, I had to follow up multiple times by both calling and coming up to the dealership for 2 w customer service. In order to get the “we owe” items fixed, I had to follow up multiple times by both calling and coming up to the dealership for 2 weeks. Once that was finally resolved, my engine oil light came on. I was told, along with it listed on my carfax report, that my vehicle had been serviced. So I took it to the Mazda dealer, assuming something may have been wrong. After a diagnostic test, I needed an oil change, engine filter, and cabin filter change. Since the price of the diagnostic was more expensive than getting an oil change, I proceeded to getting it changed there. I am livid at this point. I go back to dealer for the 3rd week in a row. I ended up having to speak to Jerry to help me resolve this issue and he was rude and upset with me even though I, as the customer, had a terrible experience at his dealership. The only thing he did was offer me a free oil change. He did not reimburse me for the cost I spent for the oil change at the Mazda dealership nor was I compensated or apologized to by him for the hassle and inconvenience that had been brought to me for weeks. He said there was nothing he could do for me and would just handle the issue internally. Please do not waste your time dealing with the unprofessional and rude management that they have working there. AKA Jerry. More

Kevin was an amazing sales rep. Greeted right at front doors. Everything went well, however the sitting and waiting for hours until almost closing time was a bit too long to do paperwork. The guy closing doors. Everything went well, however the sitting and waiting for hours until almost closing time was a bit too long to do paperwork. The guy closing us out didn’t have the best of attitudes or personality but needless to say 4.5 hours later we were happy and left with our new Kia!! More
