WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR!!! Where do I start. I bought a car off their lot in a FRIDAY (2021 Kia 4miles) after paying my money they told me the car had to be inspected. Ok hours later I decided I h bought a car off their lot in a FRIDAY (2021 Kia 4miles) after paying my money they told me the car had to be inspected. Ok hours later I decided I had to go n will return in the morning for my keys. When I reached out to the sales man he told my my car still isn’t ready and they had to order parts for it come back Monday. That’s wasn’t going to work for me. When ask for a number to speak to somebody about this he told me nobody is going to answer. I decided to drive back up there. Long story short I asked for a manager n I got the run around for at least another hour after being told by 4 different people somebody will bring me my keys in 5 minutes and my sales man was out getting food! Needless to say I end up leaving the lot once again WITHOUT MY CAR AND IT IS NOW 5 Days Later AND HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY ABOUT WHERE MY CAR IS AND WHY IT NEEDED PARTS IN THE 1st PLACE!!!! Apparently These ppl will ignore you after take your money. I had a bunch of family fly in town and I was transportation for half, had to waste MORE unnecessary money on a rental UNACCEPTABLE YALL NEED TO DO BETTER MAN More

The shopping experience was extremely fast and easy. Rianna got me a quote on a specific Kia Telluride EX very quickly. AJ from finance worked with us to complete the E-sign process and complete the paperwork at the dealership. The car is fabulous and everything I expected based on extensive research. My recommendation is if your shopping on the internet and the dealer says call for price I woul move on. I had 3 experences you would be lucky to get a quote and I can promise you the price will be higher than ALM. There were a couple of area that need improvement: The outside of the building where you to the final pickup was disgusting and needs to be cleaned. The ladies bathroom is in disrepair the stalls need repairing. The total time we spent in the dealership to complete the purchase was excessive (3.5 hours) expecially considering I paid cash and had already signed the contract. Finally, I spent 50K and the dealership expected me to pay for a bottle of water, really..... Suggestion: Kia might want to provide a discount for purchasing accessories for a set period of time after purchase. Also, I called multiple dealerships to attempt to rent a telluride for a weekend prior to buying. No dealers rented vehicles and some didn't even return the call. More

Everything was fine other than waiting 2+hours on Sunday to be seen by finance to close the deal. Once seen, there was confusion about the agreed to price from the prior day. I was presented with a deal for a higher monthly payment than what was agreed to. It got reconciled but between the 2+ hour wait to close and then a long close, it all seemed a bit unorganized. If I didn’t wait for 2+ hours on Sunday to be seen, it would have been a better experience. I’m good with how casual everything is at the dealership, it just seems a bit unorganized and a little lack of business focus. More
