Jerry got my battery changed, on time, etc. Nothing could be better. One word for the ownership, however. Jerry apologized and was as kind as possible to this grumpy old man.. C'mon Burnsville Dodge, your superstar spokesman spent plenty of time on the bench, and there was no plague! Bet he never sat on the concrete curb, waiting to get in or the game to finish!! Your customers aren't being paid near what he is. More

Service couldn't Care Less I bought a Brand New 2020 Bighorn. Had the truck for a few days when there were two major factory issues that had to be fixed. Service had the truck f I bought a Brand New 2020 Bighorn. Had the truck for a few days when there were two major factory issues that had to be fixed. Service had the truck for 8 days. When I arrived to pick up the "Brand New' spotless truck that I had dropped off; I was met with a filthy dirty vehicle in the parking lot. The truck looked like it had been parked under a tree for the 8 days. The paint was filthy, the bed was full of leaves and there were scratches on the hood and top of front grill. Inside I found greasy finger prints on seats, doors, and ground into floor mats (I have pictures of all). I asked the service manager on duty, Steve I think, why the dealership would give me back a New truck that I had just bought, in such deplorable condition? He simply stated that they typically do not clean vehicles after service. This was a New Truck, one I had for only a few days, I hoped they would have made an exception and returned the vehicle in the condition I left to them in. The service manager said he would get back to me with a time to fix the scratches, but never did. The other thing was the milage on the vehicle. The receipt shows that 'milage in' was 735 miles, and 'milage out' was 735. Clearly this can't be true, as they had to drive the vehicle to xxxxx the problem. The actual milage on the odometer when I picked it up was 768. (33) miles of test driving?! More

Drone Remote App Install and troubleshotting A+ team. I originally had this after market part installed in my Ram Promaster City. I can operate features on my car with my cell phone. I was having A+ team. I originally had this after market part installed in my Ram Promaster City. I can operate features on my car with my cell phone. I was having problems with it. Every time I start my car with my phone and the doors are locked the alarm goes off. The guys worked long on this with me trying to get it to work. We did come up with a workaround and I have to use my app to lock my car if i want to be able to start it later with out it alarming. Or carry around an extra key fob with me to use. They did leave it as an open story in case the manufacture comes up with a fix for this problem. Unfortunately the product only gets 3 stars for me, but the team gets 5! More
