I felt that their honest answers will greatly help me to make an informed purchase on my next car. They could not have been more helpful & took the time to answer completely each & every question I had. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for in my next car & helped me decide key factors (AWD, tires, ETC.) Common Issue - Uncommon Help I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM while packing for an out of town soccer trip. Called Dealer, drove over and they had me home by 11:30 so i could leave by noon. They had the part in stock, pulled a car off a rack (sorry to that person) and had me back on the road within the hour. I was able to pick up the other girls on time and drive to IL with a herd of 13 year old girls.. Thanks D. of Burnsville, I think!! More

Ram Promaster DONT buy! RAM PROMASTER JUNK! Don't buy from Dodge of Burnsville!!! We have an expedited freight business Purchased 4 Ram Trucks 2014 and newer. Have replace RAM PROMASTER JUNK! Don't buy from Dodge of Burnsville!!! We have an expedited freight business Purchased 4 Ram Trucks 2014 and newer. Have replace 2 motors, 2 transmissions, 3 flywheels. Now a motor mount bolt came lose after Dodge of Burnsville replace the motor. And has taken the transmission and some other parts out, another $7,500.00 repairs. The motor originally went out with 165,000 miles and that was 6 months ago! They do NOT WARRANTY anything. But they can charge 140.00 an hour. More
