Very satisfied with Jerry's handling of our service problem. I had a service problem that required the vehicle to be there for 5 days while a part was being sent from Detroit. Instead of leaving me without tran I had a service problem that required the vehicle to be there for 5 days while a part was being sent from Detroit. Instead of leaving me without transportation he arranged for a loaner without charge. At all times he was politely and patiently willing to explain what was wrong , what needed to be done, and what cost and time could be expected. He kept me and my son updated on the progress. We were both very pleased with his courtesy and service. More

I called and talked t I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. My wife was on a trip when her wheel bearing went out. I called and talked to Jerry in the service department. He said they were booked up for a couple days but would try to fit us in and offered a shuttle to get my wife back to the hotel while she waited for a rental vehicle to become available. The service department not only fixed the wheel bearing, but took care of all the outstanding recalls on the vehicle and had her safely back on the road within hours. It's a comfort to know that the employees at this dealership were willing to go above and beyond for a customer that might never return to them. Good people and awesome service! More

Common Issue - Uncommon Help I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM I have a Ram 3500 Dually with the Cummins. Common issue with these is the Y pipe cracking/splitting in the cooling system. Noticed it Friday @ 10AM while packing for an out of town soccer trip. Called Dealer, drove over and they had me home by 11:30 so i could leave by noon. They had the part in stock, pulled a car off a rack (sorry to that person) and had me back on the road within the hour. I was able to pick up the other girls on time and drive to IL with a herd of 13 year old girls.. Thanks D. of Burnsville, I think!! More

Ram Promaster DONT buy! RAM PROMASTER JUNK! Don't buy from Dodge of Burnsville!!! We have an expedited freight business Purchased 4 Ram Trucks 2014 and newer. Have replace RAM PROMASTER JUNK! Don't buy from Dodge of Burnsville!!! We have an expedited freight business Purchased 4 Ram Trucks 2014 and newer. Have replace 2 motors, 2 transmissions, 3 flywheels. Now a motor mount bolt came lose after Dodge of Burnsville replace the motor. And has taken the transmission and some other parts out, another $7,500.00 repairs. The motor originally went out with 165,000 miles and that was 6 months ago! They do NOT WARRANTY anything. But they can charge 140.00 an hour. More
