I have always experienced great customer service throughout the dealership. There are usually salesmen standing outside/inside doorway waiting to greet you. It's really a nice feeling. Excellent! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. They made it pain free! The owner, Carlo and salesman, Jerry picked me out a Jeep Chero This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. They made it pain free! The owner, Carlo and salesman, Jerry picked me out a Jeep Cherokee that was everything and more that I could ever want and respected my budget while doing so. I emailed them certain things that I liked and they picked one out and had it ready for me to test drive when I came in. Jerry rode with me on the test drive and explained to me all the gadgets. I was originally trying to sell my Jeep via craigslist and they ended up taking it off my hands for a trade in. I wasn't as prepared as I should have been but, they were very flexible and worked with me. Jerry helped me with all the original paperwork then had Larry help me with financing. Larry did a fantastic job at explaining to me all the ins and outs of leasing my Jeep. He advised me on what insurances packages would be in my best interest. He was not pushy and went beyond to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to refer them and have a relationship with them. I highly recommend Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! More
