Excellent Car Buying Experience I was referred to Jerry through the Trucar website. I initially left him a voice mail, which he returned within an hour. Jerry was very flexible in meeting with us, as my work sometimes has issue arise at the last minute. Dealership is very clean and orderly, all employees greet you with the utmost respect. Jerry stayed late to meet my wife and I, after 6 pm. We had done our homework, so we knew which vehicle that wanted to test drive. Jerry got the vehicle and let us test drive it with out him being in the car. Drove around for about thirty minutes and went to seal the deal. Jerry worked the paperwork, offered us an excellent deal, and had us out the door within 2.5 hours from start to finish. Very happy with our purchase. Do your homework, have a general idea of you want or do not want, and then let Jerry help you get the car you desire. Very happy with my whole experience. More

Fisrt time Buyer @ Glendale We have purchased many cars, vans, trucks and SUV's over the last 40 years. My first new car was a 1976 Dodge Dart, and with the exception of 3 Ford's We have purchased many cars, vans, trucks and SUV's over the last 40 years. My first new car was a 1976 Dodge Dart, and with the exception of 3 Ford's and 3 Chevy's most have been Dodges, Chryslers, Jeeps and 3 Ram 1500's. We were first impressed with a salesman, Mr. Cedric Montgomery, who a couple months ago took care of a issue with my wife's car. He had answered your phones after the dealership was closed, and helped my wife by answering all her questions, and making sure that service would take care of her car the next morning after getting it towed there. After another issue of not being able to get one of our vehicles into the dealer's service department that is right by our house, we again called Cedric. He took the time to put us in right direction and made sure we were taken care of. This past Memorial Day weekend, we found we needed to replace our jeep for a larger one that is capable of towing a box trailer. We called Cedric, but to our dismay, we found he no longer was in sales. Again, he courteously referred us to another colleague, Jerry Kasten. Jerry is very pleasant and understanding and great to work with. He really listened to what we were saying and took into consideration all our needs. We picked out the new Jeep, and then we went to Finance and worked with Larry Striblin, who also listened to our concerns and provided very informative & good explanations of extended warranties. I highly recommend that you all continue what you are doing - it seems to be a recipe for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring service experience. In addition, your service department employees are 2nd to none. When we come in, we feel like they are happy to see us and completely take care of us. We spent a few days shopping around and after much disappointment,couldn't find the truck we were looking for. Our experience with other dealerships was awful. We were lied to,led on a wild goose chase,and treated like we were an inconvenience. We were thrilled when Jerry took the time to listen to what we had been through and made it his personal goal to make things right and win us over as customers.
