We just recently purchased a used 2017 Ram Laramie Limited from Glendale CJDR. Our salesman was Jerry Kasten. We just sold our Ram 2500 and just started our search for our next truck. This dealership Limited from Glendale CJDR. Our salesman was Jerry Kasten. We just sold our Ram 2500 and just started our search for our next truck. This dealership was our eighth dealership to visit and a little over two hundred miles from home. After meeting Jerry Kasten and test driving this truck, we knew we were at the right place and had found the right truck. Jerry was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Not a bit pushy, and why should he be, the truck was priced right. I feel it was a very fair deal for both the dealership and us. The only thing I would like to see changed is for Glendale CJDR to stop charging the 199 dollar admin fee. We also had a small issue with the Navigation system when we returned to pick up the truck. Jerry was very apologetic and excepted all the blame for not having the Navigation issue resolved prior to our return to pick up the truck. Jerry immediately put the truck in the shop and the shop took care of this issue without delay. It probably took a couple of hours and Jerry kept us informed. We really did not mind the wait, for everybody at Glendale CJDR were so kind and friendly. It is some what of a drive for us, however I'm sure that we will be coming back here for a future trade on a new truck. Thank you Jerry.
