Jerry is a great dude. Very nice, very professional and very easy to get along with. Had a specific truck in mind when I walked into the dealership and I wasn’t dragged aro Very nice, very professional and very easy to get along with. Had a specific truck in mind when I walked into the dealership and I wasn’t dragged around in circles trying to get sold a more expensive vehicle. Jerry had the truck I wanted to look at pulled around and was test driving it right away. Ended up loving the truck and buying it. Thanks Jerry and everyone at Raymond! More

My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I made the 50min drive up to Antioch to check out an older chevy tahoe at a dealership I had no prior history with... Everyone knows buying a use I made the 50min drive up to Antioch to check out an older chevy tahoe at a dealership I had no prior history with... Everyone knows buying a used vehicle is a crap shoot. My presence was acknowledged immediately, and I was greeted with a handshake. Within a few minutes I was able to test drive the vehicle I came to look at. At this point I was paired up with Jerry. He took the time to explain all my options (I had a few trade in and finance options available). I knew I wanted to buy the vehicle, but it wasn't going to happen that night. Jerry never tried to push me into making a quick decision. Before I left he introduced me to his manager, Van. I explained why I couldn't pull the trigger that night. Both Jerry and Van thanked me for coming in, and I told them I'd be back the next day. (Something that only holds so much weight in these situations). I left feeling respected and assured that they were the right dealership to conduct business with. The next day I came in to purchase the vehicle. Excited, and nervous; a vehicle is a large purchase, and you never know what you are actually getting until it's yours. They got me with a few justified up-sells, and provided me a reasonable finance option. I left thinking everything went as well as it could. Still a little nervous but mostly excited about my new purchase When I got home, I discovered a significant transmission leak. By this point there was no getting the vehicle back before they closed shop, and the next day they were closed. I was able to get the truck back to the shop on Monday. Jerry met me as I pulled in and assured me (without over promising) they would diagnose and resolve the problem (a problem we were both unsure of the full extent). At this point Morgan from the service department was getting involved. She allowed me to voice my concerns of the issue, and assured me everything would be checked over/diagnosed/fixed. The fix to the problem ended up being more than fair, and the time frame in which the repairs were completed was astonishing. I am so thankful that the staff took my situation seriously, and helped me out to the best of their ability. They have certainly earned my trust and respect. More
