Jerry was patience with me. It took awhile until I finally purchased the car from him. I couldn't make up my mind but he was there from the start to finish. I have been a loyal Schaumburg Toyota Customer for over 40 years. In that time span our family have purchased 4 Camrys, 1 Corolla, 2 Rav4s, 3 minivans, 3 Highlanders, and 1 Scion - 14 vehicles in all. Two 40 years. In that time span our family have purchased 4 Camrys, 1 Corolla, 2 Rav4s, 3 minivans, 3 Highlanders, and 1 Scion - 14 vehicles in all. Two individuals in particular continue to draw us back to Schaumburg Toyota - Chris Haley & Jerry McDuffie. Their attitude and friendliness is above and beyond. It's not always about buying a car. They want to know about your family, your health. They take the time to learn about your situation. Even when I have a vehicle in for service and they see me in the waiting area they take sometime to come over to talk. Besides these 2 individuals we have had nothing but positive contact with service managers as well. They do a great job at spelling out what your vehicle needs for service. Angelo & Gloria More

Sadly, we felt the “fast talking” technique immediately. We called about an advertised car and a special discount, and made an appointment two hours before we came into the dealership. When we arrived, we were told the car may no longer be available. Then it was, but for much more money than advertised two hours ago! We had a family discount from Toyota and we were told they would not honor it, but they’d be happy to “lower” the price…to the original price listed on their website! When we called our salesperson out on the deception, he vanished. We were left sitting there like fools. We were both very disappointed. More
