Worst experience ever Bought a car 3 weeks ago and within 24 hours noticed an issue with acceleration. Take it back within 24 hours and the service manager insists it’s a r Bought a car 3 weeks ago and within 24 hours noticed an issue with acceleration. Take it back within 24 hours and the service manager insists it’s a recall item and tells us to schedule an appointment at another dealer. Week later we are told in no uncertain terms that the issue is not a recall and will cost $2200 to fix. Take the car back next day and we’re told that we can’t teturn the car because too much time has passed. They offer to buy it back for half of the purchase price. Then, continuing to insist it is a recall issue they tell us they’ll ship it to another dealer. We drop the car off and hours later we get a call that they didn’t ship the car and that they made an appointment at another dealer where we are once again told it is not s recall and will cost over $2200 to fix AND there are other issues. Now we’re out another $2500. More

Buying a car from Brandon Honda was a pleasant experience! From start to finish my experience purchasing a used (like new to me) car was outstanding! Our salesman, Jeff, took the time to listen to what we want From start to finish my experience purchasing a used (like new to me) car was outstanding! Our salesman, Jeff, took the time to listen to what we wanted and what we wanted our payment to be. He was not pushy at all and helped us find the perfect car for us. Finance is usually a hassle but Chris Shotwell was amazing! He took time to answer any questions we had and somehow found a way to get us an extended bumper to bumper warranty without increasing our monthly payment. I would highly recommend Brandon Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Brandon Honda for making a big deal seem so easy!!! More

It's A Pleasures Doing Business With Brandon Honda We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased fro We bought a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring car from Brandon Honda on 9/15/2016, and this was at least the third (if not the 4th) car we have purchased from this dealership - and there are several reasons we keep returning. One reason is that we got a great car and a great deal. Another is the folks who work there know how to treat their customers. Grant Hocking, the Quality Assurance Manager, is super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and exceptional at his job. Jerry Meany, who has previously sold us two cars, is now the Internet Manager, and he easily guided us through the features of our new vehicle before sending us to Chris, who did the paperwork with us. Buying this car was pretty painless compared with other car-buying experiences we have had at other dealerships. We have always had excellent service from Brandon Honda. They are really dedicated to making the customer happy - everyone at this dealership is very dedicated. We really can't recommend them highly enough. They deserve more than 5 stars! More

2nd purchase same results !! We were in to get service on our Civic and ran into Jerry. Asked him about something used to replace my truck which has seen better days. Looked at the new Ridgeline but a lot more than we wanted to spend at this time. He showed us a used Ridgeline that had just been traded in. We purchased it. I am very pleased that he did not try to pressure us into the new vehicle but got us exactly what we needed and were looking for. You don't find too many car dealers who will actually listen to your needs and then do what they can for you. I will recommend them to anybody shopping for a car and you can rest assured that our next vehicle purchase will come off their lot. More

Bought my 5th car at Brandon Honda and I'm very pleased! From the moment I clicked on the website to find the car I wanted, to the moment I left the store with my car, I've been very happy. Jerry Meany was From the moment I clicked on the website to find the car I wanted, to the moment I left the store with my car, I've been very happy. Jerry Meany was my salesman and he could not have been more attentive and responsive to my needs. My 2014 Honda CR-V was totaled in a crash, so I had to replace it and I replaced it with another Honda CR-V, a 2016. I loved my CR-V and it was so safe my son walked away from a very bad crash without a single injury. Jerry took excellent care of me and I have already recommended him to others, as has my husband. Chris took excellent care of us in Finance and made it as quick and painless as possible. We are very happy with every aspect of our deal. While we waited for the leather upholstery to be installed, they gave us a loaner car, a brand new car, and even delivered it to me at the car rental agency. They have gone above and beyond. And I had a full tank of gas in my new car. More
