If Lester Glenn really wants my two cents....I think you should pay Sarah extra to train your other sales representatives. Being in sales for over 40 years myself, I have found it impossible to find someone with Sarah's skills. Her pleasant demeanor and no BS approach to selling a commodity such as an automobile is very refreshing. I'm sure you have other very competent sales people.
