He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He also helped us last year when purchasing my husbands truck from Lester Glenn. He put me in contact with Heather McCrum, my salesperson. She was excellent! She was knowledgeable and quick, and went over everything with me about my vehicle. I love the "talk text" option she showed me how to use! Jerry Ojeda in financial services was great too. He was very polite and intelligent and went over all of our finance options in detail. Overall I had a great experience with Lester Glenn. I will recommend the dealership to friends and family and I look forward to dealing with them in the future! More

He was very patient explaining every feature and taking me for another test ride, He worked out a deal that was satisfactory and sealed the deal. More
