I started in the automotive business two week out of high school working for Harry Hill Imports in my hometown of West Covina ,CA. I was a lot porter washing Fiats and Volkswagen beetles. when I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, He asked if I could read, write and follow instructions I said Yes, here I am since 1982 doing what I love Most. I was taught to treat customer's like family and always put yourself in the customers shoes. By doing that it has made me who I am today, I came from a family that had Boats, Fancy cars, Harley Davidson motor cycles known as Choppers, growing up as a kid I knew someday I would be in the car business. I feel that this dealer is the best in SoCal. I have tried them all. This is for sales and service. That being said there have been a couple changes that caused me to wait over 3 hours for an oil chang tried them all. This is for sales and service. That being said there have been a couple changes that caused me to wait over 3 hours for an oil change and a new battery. Apparently the Express Oil Change has gone away. In addition they are closing the service department from 12:00 to 1:00 every day instead of staggering start times to provide better customer service. These are just 2 decisions I stumbled upon yesterday while I was at the dealer for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. These are recent changes that need to be addressed immediately. It looks to the customer like you don’t respect your customers time and are more operationally focused instead of customer focused. I have over 140,000 miles on my Infiniti and live in Chino Hills. I have driven to Mission Viejo for years for an oil change and could certainly have paid less than $268.00 for an oil change and a battery. I make this drive because I feel like my business is appreciated and I receive an excellent customer experience. Not the case yesterday, same great people and 1 new one that did an excellent job. These are management decisions that are not being made with a consideration for the customer. If the Owner would like some customer input I would gladly talk with him.
