I started in the automotive business two week out of high school working for Harry Hill Imports in my hometown of West Covina ,CA. I was a lot porter washing Fiats and Volkswagen beetles. when I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, He asked if I could read, write and follow instructions I said Yes, here I am since 1982 doing what I love Most. I was taught to treat customer's like family and always put yourself in the customers shoes. By doing that it has made me who I am today, I came from a family that had Boats, Fancy cars, Harley Davidson motor cycles known as Choppers, growing up as a kid I knew someday I would be in the car business. I've tried several different careers and I find myself always returning to cars and trucks

The service was very quick. I reserved an appointment over phone, was willing to wait while my car is getting oil change, was given an estimate on a few more maintenance items that needs attention. I’ve been to Infiniti Mission Viejo multiple times in the past with other advisors but this time Gerry was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful & accommodating to my vehicle’s needs. My work schedule past with other advisors but this time Gerry was my service advisor. He was extremely helpful & accommodating to my vehicle’s needs. My work schedule is demanding & so I asked if I could drop my car off around lunchtime as long as it could be done by the time I am off work, he said it would be no problem at all. A few hours later, I received a call saying it was done!! He prioritized & accommodated me, all in a very timely manner. I would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for a Service Advisor who not only takes care of your vehicle, but you as well. I’m thankful I have found an Advisor I prefer & I will only work with him from here on out. Thank you for your help Gerry, I appreciate you & your hard work! More

Jerry Pagliassotti is the very best and an asset to the organization. I had a nail in my Bridgestone Potenza tire for the second time in a year (bad luck, I suppose). The tire was not in stock. Jerry tracked down the correct tire and helped me secure a better price by doing the leg work on the warranty. I went there to fix my front side car windows and after 3 times visiting and then keeping the vehicle for multiple days each time. They said they can’t fix a simple window problem. And when you try to get cu times visiting and then keeping the vehicle for multiple days each time. They said they can’t fix a simple window problem. And when you try to get customer support, they were terrible and started yelling and they hung up. Overall bad customer support, terrible customer interaction, and bad service. More
