Hello, my name is Jerry Patterson and I am the New Car Director and CarProUSA Certified Manager. I have worked for Toyota for over 20 years and in the industry for 28 years overall. Many would introduce me as honest and transparent, which is exactly what we give here at Freeman Toyota. I work along side our sales staff to ensure the absolute best customer service is provided to each and every guest. My motto is, "I never worry about the problem. I worry about the solution," because there is not an issue I won't work hard to fix.

Everyone we dealt with at Freeman Toyota was a true professional. Our salesman Chance Bishop was knowledgeable as well as genuinely friendly. When we picked up our new car he was ready for us and gave us a detailed tutorial covering all of the new features it has. Chance willingly answered all of our questions.
