Jerry was one of the most honest and most helpful salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When my fiance and I walked on the lot, he gave us some time to browse before greeting us and as salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We didn't require any immediate assistance, so he left us alone (I HATE being annoyed when I just want to browse) and let us look, informing us to come grab him if we had any questions. When we were ready, we went in and asked for his help; he was polite, efficient, and genuinely interested in what we needed. We're a fairly young couple; we both have great jobs, but I have some debt (student loans) and I'm still in graduate school. We were concerned about the price of the car and whether or not we would be able to walk off with the car we wanted. It took a little bit of coaxing, but in the end, Jerry and his amazing team were able to help us out. We walked out with a fabulous used 2004 red GTO, with red and black leather interior (pretty fancy!!). When we got home, we couldn't figure out the CD player. I called him for help, and he walked me through it, telling me I could bring it back for them to look at if we needed any more help. Honestly, I will go back to Jerry the next time I want to buy a car. I'd wait two weeks to buy from him, if I had to. He's your guy! More

This was my second purchase from Jerry. My first purchase was a 2008 Edge. So when it was time to purchase my 2012 there was no doubt at all as to who I was going to when I was ready to purchase my purchase was a 2008 Edge. Jerry is the only person I would every deal with when it comes to purchasing a new car. Unfortunately I am moving to California in the next month and regret the fact that I will not have not only the sales staff but the service staff that I have become so comefortable with over the years. Jerry made me feel so comfortable with my first purchase and was no pressure with the sale. I told him what I wanted and he found it. The same with the second. He did exactly as I wanted and made the whole process as smooth as buying a new shirt. What more could anyone ask for when buying a new car. He follows up with his customers frequently after the sale and if there are problems he follows up until things are corrected. He is top notch and one of the most professional sales people I have ever worked with. I have never delt with a car salesman like him in my life. When I move to California if I can still purchase a car at Lou Fusz with California Emissions or whatever the law requires there and you can get it, I will fly back here to pick my car up from Jerry. This is how much I trust him and love dealing with him. He is one of a kind. He is truely an asset to Lou Fusz Ford.
