I felt completely at ease at Phil Long Hyundai. I was greeted upon getting out of my vehicle on the lot and they took me straight to Jerry Seward as I had an appointment with him. Jerry was courteous and not pushy. He processed the paperwork and got things moving for me so I could drive the new car home that day.
