In Jan. 2012, after an unsatisfactory experience with a local Honda dealership, we decided to look at Hyundai. We went to Phil Long Motor City, and were helped by Marie Hardaman (who is no longer there), local Honda dealership, we decided to look at Hyundai. We went to Phil Long Motor City, and were helped by Marie Hardaman (who is no longer there), and because of her good assistance, as well as the entire Motor City staff, we purchased a 2012 Santa Fe--our first SUV--and I loved it! On Jan. 2014, my husband took the car in for our final FREE oil change and tire rotation. While waiting he went into the showroom to look at the new vehicles. At that time he was helped by salesperson Jerry Seward, who was very helpful and accommodating, showing and explaining all the features of the new Santa Fe. When he came home he said I might want to go look at the new models, so even though I was very satisfied with our 2012, the next day we went back 'just to look;! Jerry Seward wasn't in then, so we were helped by salesperson Richard Ryan. Richard turned out to be very friendly, easy going, and eager to assist us with any and all questions we had., and took us on 2 test drives, giving us the information and guidance we needed. So we decided to buy the new vehicle. We then talked with the manager...Scott Hustead...who is one of the most Friendly, pleasant and 'up front' managerial types we've ever worked with over the years. Without all of the 'dreaded' back and forth hassling that you usually associate with 'car deals', Scott presented us with an offer in a short time. My husband made a 'co-offer', which Scott worked out to our satisfaction...and he also made sure we got all of the 'dealer' specials' that were available to us. We then dealt with the financing with Reuben Torres (who did our 2012 purchase) and his new associate, and that went very smoothly. Overall our experience with the Motor City Hyundai personnel was excellent---stress-free and even fun! So now I am Loving my new Santa Fe, and if the occasion arises in the future for a trade, I know where we'll go. More

Me and my Wife where looking for a new car, and we decided on a Hyundai because we like there style and there have never been any recall's for this type of Car. My wife got in a car accident on 11/21/13 and we needed new transportation. Last year I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT from Jerry and worked with Justina for the financial paperwork. Jerry was Great!! He new transportation. Last year I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT from Jerry and worked with Justina for the financial paperwork. Jerry was Great!! He did not pressure me and was only interested in getting me what I needed and a fair price. So when we needed a new vehicle I called Jerry and made an appointment to see what he had. I did some research on the Santa Fe and decided that that was what I wanted if I could get the price in the range of what I wanted to spend. Jerry again was Great!! He had a couple of program Santa Fe's and I picked a Copper colored 2013 Santa Fe. We agreed on a price and then went to see Justina to get the financing setup. Justina was Great as Well!! These 2 together provided a low pressure experience and met all my needs for this purchase. I will recommend Jerry and Phil Long Hyundai to all of my fellow employees at Aeroflex and will purchase any future vehicles from Jerry and the team at Phil Long Hyundai. Good Work Guys!! I just wanted to let you know what a great experince I had from the time I walked into service to the time I left with a new car! I was there to have a vehicle repaired, which I was in a bit of a bind wi had from the time I walked into service to the time I left with a new car! I was there to have a vehicle repaired, which I was in a bit of a bind with. JJ took me upstairs to sales, where I was paired up with Jerry. Jerry was amazing! He was williing to help whether with a new car or just getting me out of this bind with my old car. I appreciate the time and effort he put into getting us approved. It definitely wasnt easy. I was speechless and overwhelmed with joy. This has been such a wonderful experieince. I am in the business of customer service, and by far this is the best customer service I have ever received.
