When I needed to use a computer to update my insurance and sign up for service, they had me use a computer with Windows XP in plain view of other customers with a 50" big screen TV connected to it while I entered my credit card information and personal data....definitely not secure in this world of identity theft. Hopefully they will figure out a new way to do this and they update to a new OS...Windows XP is no longer even giving security updates. This may sound like griping, but I have had my identity stolen before so I am a little sensitive on the issue. More

Jerry educated me on the vehicle and warranty information, Steve was wonderful and made me feel at ease while I was waiting for financing to go through, and Ruben worked hard to get me the monthly payments that I needed.
