I made an e-mail inquiry and had a response shortly there after from Stephanie Brobeck, with a wonderful personality and easy to work with, making the 4 hour drive was a no brainer. After arriving, Stephanie had everything lined up and ready to go, and working with her and Jerry Sproles in finance made this purchase so easy, they took care of all inter-state details and I probably spent more time test driving than doing paperwork. As far as car buying goes, it couldn't have been better. Thank you. More

Came nervous to buy first NEW car...left relaxed &happy Stephanie Brobeck was very knowledgeable with an award winning attitude. She tended to our needs 100.% and should be everyone's go to person! The perks kept coming with detailing, a full gas tank and complete walk through all the gadgets of the vehicle before we drove away. The only thing we were not fully satisfied with was when we went to the financing department to sign the papers we felt rushed and pushed through and didn't feel like we got the attention we needed...thankfully Stephanie and the rest of the crew more than made up for it! Overall we rate 5 stars! We recommend everyone go to Wallace, best employees, service, and the prices are pretty awesome too! More

The dealership seems to be ran very well, as it is clean and all staff seem to be equally hospitable. The selection and quality of the used vehicles on their lot beats everyone else in the Tri-Cities. Clearly, they are proud of their vehicles as they back each of them with a 30 day warranty. However, I gave this dealership a 4 star rating, because I had to haggle my way to a good price and a good interest rate. This is because I personally am not into haggling, but sadly that seems to be how the car industry operates everywhere. Comparing this dealership to two others that I was serious with, Wallace Nissan definitely outworked the competition to get my money, and they deserved every penny. I will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle. But I don't expect that will be too soon from now, because I plan on driving my beloved Nissan Frontier until it dies! More
