The dealership seems to be ran very well, as it is clean and all staff seem to be equally hospitable. The selection and quality of the used vehicles on their lot beats everyone else in the Tri-Cities. Clearly, they are proud of their vehicles as they back each of them with a 30 day warranty. However, I gave this dealership a 4 star rating, because I had to haggle my way to a good price and a good interest rate. This is because I personally am not into haggling, but sadly that seems to be how the car industry operates everywhere. Comparing this dealership to two others that I was serious with, Wallace Nissan definitely outworked the competition to get my money, and they deserved every penny. I will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle. But I don't expect that will be too soon from now, because I plan on driving my beloved Nissan Frontier until it dies! More

"Worked diligently on a hard situation" Craig Stevens worked hard to get us into a car that we liked and fit into our budget. It wasn't an easy job for him. after a few years of some financial hard ships we had visited several other dealers and it looked as if we wasn't going to be able to get even close to getting a car that we wanted or even liked. We told Craig what our situation was and he showed us several options all of which we really liked. After choosing the the car we wanted Craig and the financial wizards got to work and got us a deal that we could not turn down. Thanks to Craig and the staff at Wallace Nissan, we are now driving a loaded beautiful Nissan Altima. Craig and the crew will not leave you hanging, the A/C compressor went out a few days after we got it, and where the car was still under warranty, we got a new compressor.
