Just purchased a used car here and had a great experience! I had shown interest online but wasn't sure about the car, it was because of Jerry's follow-up that I actually came into the dealership a experience! I had shown interest online but wasn't sure about the car, it was because of Jerry's follow-up that I actually came into the dealership and decided to purchase it. They obliged my request for a pre-purchase inspection with my own mechanic and held the car for me while I completed the inspection and purchase over a couple days. Upon my request they also completed an additional service on the vehicle after purchase and even after the sale was complete my additional two stops into the dealership (to drop off the car for service and again to pick it up) were great. I would recommend this dealership and buy a car here again. More

Dane and Kyle were excellent to deal with My wife and I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and worked with both Dane and Kyle. Dane was waiting for us with the car warming up just outside as we arrived. Dane explained the many features of the car and was very knowable and personable. Kyle as well was great to work with and I was surprised at how he was able to utilize Roush's preferred bank, Kemba and beat the 3.99 rate that I had been approved for by USAA. Wow. Excellent team there, all of the individuals working there that night were engaging and personable and made the experience that much special. Keep up the good work Gentlemen! More

He knows his cars, is unwilling to let them leave his lot without being as close to perfect as possible, and is just a wonderful person to talk to. And the fact that there was never the "high pressure" sale going on was perfect. Derrick did a fabulous job of getting us the best possible payments and kept us laughing all the way through the paperwork. Everyone made the whole experience feel more like you were dealing with a friend and not a salesmen and banks. This is far from the first dealer we have dealt with, but we are sure to make them the first choice for our next car. More
