They don’t care about their customers or making anything right if they fail to do their jobs. Highly suggest going somewhere else, coming from someone who has purchased more than one vehicle here and gettin right if they fail to do their jobs. Worked deal and financing over phone. Drove two hours to purchase. Vehicle wasn't ready. Salesman had "dropped the ball". Finance guy kept telling me that original price/deal was not available. New deal was substantially higher. Walked out of dealership with finance and sales manager following me and calling me after I left to apologize and offer me the original deal that had been worked out on the phone. I would not ever do business with them and will never get the hour and a half back that I wasted in their dealership. Drove to McKinney Texas and bought a better vehicle for a much better price and was in/out in under an hour. In my experience, Patriot CDJR in McAlester is a dealership to avoid. More
