Short version: Jerry the Service Manager cussed me out on two separate occasions one in person at the service dept on July 17 2026 and another over a Short version: Jerry the Service Manager cussed me out on two separate occasions one in person at the service dept on July 17 2026 and another over an employees phone on August 17th 2026, because supposedly "my husband cussed him and a secretary out" on thise two different days. We tried to set up a time to return their loaner as it was 400 miles from 4000 miles and per usual wr didnt get a call back until I got called off an employees cellphone and cussed out by the manager on the 17th while he informed me they would not be finishing the diagnostic on a problem they had made worse over the 8 weeks they had our Durango. I chose this dealership bc it was closer to my job, and I had previously worked with a few of the employees elsewhere. Jerry included. In 8 weeks they could not diagnose my vehicle, did not replace my.fob or even update me about the fob replacement, and didnt even inquire about an upcoming oil change, nor did they even complete that when I requested it on August 14th 2026. Instead Helena gave my husband and I contradicting replies resulting in my husband and I being confused as to what was tested, or replaced. Jerry and Helena and the rest of the management involved in this nightmare can rest assured I will not be bringing my vehicle back. More
