I love the service that I have received over the years at the Chandler Subaru. This is the fifth car my husband and I have owned. I’ve even talk a few friends into buying one. Website at time alittle hard to maneuver but I finally get it. Right now we own 2 outback’s. We loved our legacy turbo station wagon but husband was involved in an auto accident and it was totaled. Booked an appointment by phone. Arrived there being told there is no record of that appointment. Was brought to Jerry Z and he shows no sympathy or sorry to this situation and didn' Arrived there being told there is no record of that appointment. Was brought to Jerry Z and he shows no sympathy or sorry to this situation and didn't show any willingness to further help. Understand that it was not his fault that the appointment was not successfully booked, but as a service adviser he should at least express sorry to my case at the first place. I was being treated like a random person who want to drop in and pretend I had a appointment booked. All he need to do is just a truly heartful sorry and help me book a appointment which he did none of the two. Some other staff i met was really friendly. Was happy with Subaru supercenter for a long time but this is the first time i'm thinking to switch to a different dealership for my car services if these kind of things happen again. More

I bought my Forrester in 2019 and I never looked back. This is the first Subaru I owned but not my last. The service department has always been outstanding and willing to go that extra step. Always keeping me updated on the progress of my service appointment. S of C also has a nice variety of goodies to munch on and Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Chandler for all your service needs. More
