Great car, great team, great deal at Bristol Toyota. Could not have been happier with the experience or the outcome. The only place I’d buy a car. Could not have been happier with the experience or the outcome. The only place I’d buy a car. More

Dishonest sales tactics. I was given a quote by text on a new vehicle so I made the trip to the dealership. When I got there I was told that they made a mistake and they wouldn't honor the quoted price. They new vehicle so I made the trip to the dealership. When I got there I was told that they made a mistake and they wouldn't honor the quoted price. They then told me that I was eligible for special financing and that would save me money and then came back and said the vehicle I was looking at was not eligible. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and they were by far the worst. Very dishonest and manipulative. They pulled out all the stops to drain me of every penny they could. I could go on and on but that would bring me down to their level so I will leave it at that More

Once I deci Jes was exceptional in helping me with my new car. He explained the different trim lines for my 4runner. He did not pressure me at all. Once I decided what I wanted, he guided me through the purchase, trade in and financing. Jes took care of everything in a professional manner. He told me what paperwork I needed to bring and he did the rest. I went to three dealers before Bristol Toyota and my experience was awful at each one. Bristol Toyota and my salesman Jes, should be commended for their professioal and making my car buying experience the best I have ever had. More
