Our salesman, Ryan, was TERRIFIC! We've never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. He was knowledgeable, no pressure, listened to what we were looking for. The managers who closed the deal, negotiated with us were also great. While the final person who signed all the paperwork with us was pleasant and nice, we were flat out lied to about being able to transfer our tags. I checked with the tag office two days later and was told that they do this all the time from this dealership. Went back to the Title Clerk, Lisa, who is now handling the transfer for us which will result in a refund of a fee that we shouldn't have been charged to begin with. This was our 2nd purchase from this dealership and we will definitely go back when we're ready for another vehicle. More
