This was indeed a wonderful and heartwarming experience. I entered the dealership on January 1st, 2026. Having been rejected by many Nashville-based dealerships throughout 2025, this dealership treated me w I entered the dealership on January 1st, 2026. Having been rejected by many Nashville-based dealerships throughout 2025, this dealership treated me warmly and welcomed me with open arms. I visited this dealership earlier in 2025. They didn't reject me, but they let me know that they could help once I had a down payment in place. I finally got everything together. And having been rejected by everyone else, and I do mean almost everyone, a Facebook ad, a friendly messenger message, and I truly believe the Grace of God, drew me back 40 miles to Columbia, Tennessee. Mr. Damian Maxwell took care of me and ensured I was comfortable with everything, as well as informed about all the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision. Ms. Jess made sure I was taken care of as well, and we got together to sign all the paperwork. I had to return the next day to make the down payment. It was as if I was coming back to some good friends. I do love my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. She's just what I wanted. And I thank everyone at Hyundai Columbia for taking really good care of me. More

Simply amazing! ! I can say this wholeheartedly, this was the best experience my husband and I have had since 2018. Full entire process of trade-in, purchase, and fin ! They stayed late to make sure every detail was completed so we could drive home the same night—something I really appreciate after such a long trip. The staff made the whole process smooth and transparent. They worked with me to pay off my previous vehicle and set up a lease deal that I’m extremely happy with. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you to Jarvis, AJ, & Sid and everyone who helped make this such an easy, positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Hyundai of Columbia to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. More

I will say this is the happiest bunch of people I have ever met ina car dealership every one was extremely friendly, courteous, felt like I was one of the family here. And Pete Yoder was fantastic at keeping me updated on the whole process, while he was still tending to other customers he never left me feel alone there. And to add to this was I think only opened a door just a few times, someone was always opening a door for us when we were there. Thmx guys yall gave me the truck of my dreams. Not only is the service department top notch, with straight forward answers and quick and efficient services with transparency, they don't try to bleed you of money and tell you your vehicle needs thi straight forward answers and quick and efficient services with transparency, they don't try to bleed you of money and tell you your vehicle needs this and that they are honest and straight forward. Also the sales dept. and finance dept. are also great they want you to own the vehicle you came in for,they ask what can you afford and don't sell you a $800 payment when you're only comfortable with a $550 payment. Chris the part owner will help you get to the payment you can afford along with their finance dept. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else they want you to stay in a payment you can afford along with helping you build your credit not selling you a payment you can't afford and you end up in a financial crisis while other dealerships it's about how many cars they can sell regardless if you can afford it. More
