Having said all that …. Much of the problem was on ME, due to my desire to retain my vanity plate on a leased vehicle. I’m guessing that aspect of the process was a learning experience for all involved. EVERY staff member was uniformly terrific to work with. More

I think their service is great but they charge extra bill as $795 as vehicle prep fee on top of the documentation fee and that is not exist any where at any dealer i visited.here in Massachusetts. There is no proper way to deal with parts, service and sales department. I have to get a part that wasn’t installed when I bought my vehicle due to parts shortage.
