Much better than other Honda dealers in Indy When searching for my current vehicle I toured four Honda dealers one day - test driving, talking to people etc. By far, the service and expertise at When searching for my current vehicle I toured four Honda dealers one day - test driving, talking to people etc. By far, the service and expertise at Ed Martin far exceeds all of the other dealers in Indianapolis. At Penske Honda, they pawned us off on a rookie associate, had zero knowledge of what we were looking for (even after inquiring online beforehand) and they were aloof and very uninterested in our business. At Ed Martin, our sales associate (Jesse) had decades of experience, was very forthcoming, extremely knowledgeable about the product and spent plenty of time with us. I highly recommend Ed Martin for anyone looking for a car and ask for Jesse because he is the best. More

Excellent Service/Great Experience Never thought I would say I enjoyed a car buying experience, but working with Jesse was great. He demonstrates the perfect blend of professionalism, Never thought I would say I enjoyed a car buying experience, but working with Jesse was great. He demonstrates the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and good listening skills. He is upbeat, has a great sense of humor, and makes the client feel comfortable. He spent the entire day working through all of my options and I hadn’t planned to buy that day. I did not feel pressured and appreciated how thorough he is in explaining the cars. He spent a lot of time helping familiarize me with my new car’s many bells and whistles. He obviously loves his job. He was kind and accommodating to my whole family. He helped me to see I could get an even better car than I thought. I will recommend Jesse and the dealership to all my friends and family. More
