Phenomenal customer service, very informal, and exciting Jesse Bailey was an amazing sales Representative. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership (I had previously bought used cars with cash, Jesse Bailey was an amazing sales Representative. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership (I had previously bought used cars with cash, or my parents just gave me one.. well 3) and this experience was more than phenomenal. Jesse was very educational. He knew everything about all of the cars that he showed to us, especially with the new fancy electronic equipment that these new cars have now. He showed us cruise control, messaging on the car system from my phone using Siri, the sensors and how they will keep you in your lane, and many other cool exciting things. While waiting for the financial part of the adventure, he sat with us and chatted about life, family, and many other things. It felt like he genuinely cared. We even said then that he would be apart of our village.. meaning he’s now apart of our family. I wanted to take this time to really just tell you that if you go to Ed Martin Honda, seek out Jesse. He will be real with you, and he will care for you as a customer. With Jesse you will not go wrong and you will leave feeling like you made the right decision. Thank you so much Jesse.
