This is my third purchase from Atlanta Classic Cars and the second one from Jesse Cannon-Wallace. As long as she is there, I will continue to buy from ACC. She is beyond professional and her knowledge of the car amazed me. She could field any question I threw her way. She also handled every detail of the purchase -- from the notice to my insurance company to the preliminary paperwork on the financing. She knows how limited I am on time and did everything she could to make the purchase as easy and as time efficient as possible. She has even followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I had no issues or further questions. Finally, on my initial test drive, I brought my law partner with me. He was so impressed with Jesse and the dealership that he will likely purchase a new ML from Jesse as well - luring him away from RBM (a place he has purchased Mercedes since the 1970s). That should say volumes about how wonderful Jesse is! More

Service Excellence - again, the Service Manager Jay Hardwick, allocates the time required to do the work right the first time - in 27 years, thanks to Kim Cates, there have been NO do overs! Pre owned sales - who could tell it had been pre owned - not me. New Sales - dreams come true. Always advising and never pushy. My 2010 European Deliver experience, thanks to Jesse Cannon, was the very best and we will do it again. Excellence and Winning go together to produce a partnership that is unbeatable. ACC and the Team are loyal to me and I am loyal to them. What a great relationship - my wife and I operate our MB with confidence and pride. More

Since I had already purchased 2 Mercedes from Jack McCue in the past, I gave him a call because I was considering replacing my 2008 E350. She seemed very knowledgeable about Mercedes and the vehicles, so I went with her. Jesse is fabulous! She takes the time to find out what you want in a vehicle. She knows about all the features, and guides you in your selection. There's no rush, no pressure. For me, it was like sitting down and talking with a friend. The ordering process was simple, and Jesse was really good at showing me how everything worked when my vehicle came in. I hope Jesse never leaves! More

I have purchased a vehicle (2010 GLK350) and leased a vehicle (2011 GL450) from Jesse and have ha Cannon-Wallace in particular has been outstanding. I have purchased a vehicle (2010 GLK350) and leased a vehicle (2011 GL450) from Jesse and have had a great experience both times. First, Jesse is friendly and accommodating. She adjusted her schedule to meet with me more than once because I was coming from a long distance. She was always very responsive and attentive to my e-mails and phone calls. Moreover, she was patient with the numerous questions and inquiries I posed to her about the various models, options, purchase v. lease, etc. However, I was probably most impressed with Jesse's knowledge of the vehicles, which far surpassed any other dealership experience I've had in the past. In short, I would high recommend Jesse and Atlanta Classic Cars if you're considering a Mercedes. More
