She lives & breathes this great product, Mercedes Benz! Her style and manner, her humor, made us feel very comfortable asking the many questions that most new car buyers need to know. The dealership is awesome! Well thought out design, clean, user-friendly and the service facility which included 50+ service bays, with customer lounges, TV's, bistro, you name it, was exceptional as was the personnel and their friendliness and knowledge. I just went to the dealership for 5 minutes to look at the vehicle. On delivery day, she had all the paperwork ready, I was in and out in no time. Everyone , including Finance and Appraisal managers were great, they explained everything and made sure that we were on the same page.
