I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from them and when I test drove it the backup camera malfunctioned, no biggie but it has been to their shop going on three times and still no fix. This last time I when I test drove it the backup camera malfunctioned, no biggie but it has been to their shop going on three times and still no fix. This last time I had an appointment of dec. 15. And I had not heard from anybody as of dec 21, so I called and left a message to the service advisor never hearing back from him. I called again and was promised my vehicle would be looked at Friday dec.27. Still no calls. Monday the 29th will be two weeks my vehicle will be at the dealership 1 not diagnosed and more importantly 2 not communicated with. I even called my salesman and he said there’s people in front of me I’ll call you back in 5 minutes, that was about 8 days ago. I am very frustrated with the customer service post purchase More
