Exceptional experience I have now leased 7 cars over the years from this dealership. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and received a deal that satisfied me each I have now leased 7 cars over the years from this dealership. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and received a deal that satisfied me each time. This latest lease of a 2019 CRV was the smoothest transaction ever. I was offered an opportunity to exchange my 2017 for a 2019. I left the dealership with a new car, new lease, and same payment amount. Great selection and a great deal. Danny E is a great representative for the dealership. He has put me in 3 of the 7 cars I have leased over the years and has always treated me exceptionally. I sing the praises of Honda on Grand to all my friends. Service department is also top notch. Will be back in a week to lease my other Honda as well. Why go anywhere else! More

My car buying experiance To avoid the game played at almost all dealership I use internet to communicate with the sale people. I bought from this dealer in the past S k Nd it To avoid the game played at almost all dealership I use internet to communicate with the sale people. I bought from this dealer in the past S k Nd it was a positive experience. After I explained what I want in details we agreed about the selling price. My sale person, Keith called me as he promised two days later that they received the car for me. The entire process was smooth, the finance guy, Julio was OK he wasn't trying any tricks on us and the entire buying, signing work was done in a reasonable time frame. The only thing I don't like is just the impression that after everything was done and we took the possession of the vehicle but still had some questions to ask since for us the car we bought is a very technologically advanced vehicle, nobody has time anelonger to talk to us like we were somebody but by signing the selling invoice we lost our usefulness. This is the one negative what I have to say about the entire event. We love our Honda Accord Touring 2.0T in Kona Coffee Metalic and loughing at people sitting straight in their SUVs. More

Easy, quick, straight-forward! Working with Danny Estevez to purchase my new Honda CR-V was so easy. He was quick to respond to requests for information and gave us a good price ri Working with Danny Estevez to purchase my new Honda CR-V was so easy. He was quick to respond to requests for information and gave us a good price right up front. There were no sad stories about how much money the dealership was losing by my buying a car at a price lower than the sticker price! He was honest, straight-forward and available via direct call or texting. I would highly recommend this dealership and Danny for sales. And the finance process was a breeze as well – thanks to Jesse Esparza! More
