Happy Customer! Honda on Grand is fabulous! We had shopped and negotiated price on-line. They were upfront and honest on the price, prepared when we arrived and all Honda on Grand is fabulous! He was immedia We recently bought a new Honda Accord. One of my cousins referred me to Sam Syed one of the sales rep who was so pleasant to work with. He was immediately down to business, we knew what we wanted including pricing and he really didn't push us for any extra add-ons. One of the best sales-persons at a car-dealership that I have ever dealt with. After the sale, he spent about 30-45 minutes with us in the car going over some of the excellent features. I haven't driven the car as much but so far extremely satisfied with the vehicle. Jesse in the finance department came out a little different. We were able to reconcile after spending some time in his office once I told him there was no need to be rude. Waiting on a call from the dealership to fix a couple of small scratches. More

No Games, No Gimmicks Ryan will take care of you! Ryan is a straight shooter, played no games, no gimmicks. We got a straight forward price over the net, he emailed to follow up with a lower price. I did not check my email as it was sent while we were on our way to the dealership, so he himself said, "Did you get my email, we lowered or price." He didn't try any high pressure tactics for accessories, just asked if we wanted any. Once we left, we saw a scratch on the glovebox, and emailed him. He immediately responded stating he ordered a glovebox and to make an appointment to get it installed. I absolutely recommend dealing with him. We will ask for him if we are in the market next time. We absolutely loved dealing with him. The finance/business manager who just transferred from sales, Jesse Esparza was a different story. I cannot recommend him. If we buy another car and he is the finance manager for it, I will walk out and ask for a different finance manager, and will not buy if he is the finance manager we have to deal with. He uses high pressure tactics to try to sell you extended warranties. Literally, yes, arguing about why you need one. I was there to help my cousin thru her 1st car purchase, he at one point stated "she's buying the car I'm asking her, not you", "I will write on the finance contract that if anything breaks big papi (referring to me) will pay for it", "nobody cares about dealer ratings, if the price is good they buy, we have horrible reviews, look at us on yelp, your still buying the car from here, I'm telling you the warranty company is good, even if there testing is poor." My experience with him does not effect my future purchases from them, as we will not absolutely deal with him. My experience with him does not effect my future purchases from them, or my perception of the dealer. I absolutely recommend visiting and buying from them. We will absolutely not deal with him. Ryan's upbeat personality, straight forwardness, demeanor, professionalism, customer service skills made up for finance guys shortcomings. I recommend this place, just ask for the other finance guy if you don't want to deal with the xx. More
