He seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. I can't say enough for how Julio helped us come to a successful conclusion. We feel we got the best price on the sale of our new vehicle and the best price on our trade in vehicle. He was also very patient explaining all of the technical details of the car. This was particularly helpful given our limited technology experience. Julio did a terrific job! He was immediately down to business, we knew what we wanted including pricing and he really didn't push us for any extra add-ons. One of the best sales-persons at a car-dealership that I have ever dealt with. After the sale, he spent about 30-45 minutes with us in the car going over some of the excellent features. I haven't driven the car as much but so far extremely satisfied with the vehicle. Jesse in the finance department came out a little different. We were able to reconcile after spending some time in his office once I told him there was no need to be rude. Waiting on a call from the dealership to fix a couple of small scratches. More
