I had an appointment to have a front headlight bulb replaced, and I'm a half hour away from the dealership. I drove there for my appointment and after 50 minutes was told they didn't have the bulb. Fee replaced, and I'm a half hour away from the dealership. I drove there for my appointment and after 50 minutes was told they didn't have the bulb. Feel like they should have checked inventory when I made the appointment to see if they had bulbs. Had to make a second trip to get the bulb replaced. Expect a VW dealer would have bulbs in stock.... Otherwise service and Jesse were fine More

Brought my car in for routine service and when I returned to pick it up there is a big blue dent in the driver side door. I was able to review footage sent to me by the service team earlier in the day to sho to pick it up there is a big blue dent in the driver side door. I was able to review footage sent to me by the service team earlier in the day to show that the incident happened while in the care of the dealership. I had to bring my car back later that week to have it fixed. The dent was repaired. More
