This experience was frustrating, to say the least. We specifically took our car to this dealership because we own a Volkswagen, and these guys are supposed to be the experts. They did not solve the pr We specifically took our car to this dealership because we own a Volkswagen, and these guys are supposed to be the experts. They did not solve the problem the first time, but charged us over $1,400. We had to have the car towed back to the dealership because it was still not driveable. They thought they fixed it the second time, but actually did not. When we brought the car back a third time and the real problem was diagnosed, we were charged another few hundred dollars for the part that should have been ordered in the first place. This was also over a span of roughly three weeks of this back and forth, and being down a car. The staff was nice, but didn’t seem to be treating this issue with any sense of urgency. More
