Amazing customer service experience Jesse went above and beyond with his professionalism, customer service and his knowledge of BMW vehicles. He also made everything very simple and efficient once I arrived at the dealership. I let him know where I wanted to be price wise via phone calls and everything was agreed upon before I arrived at the dealership. This is my first BMW vehicle and Jesse made me feel very welcome to the BMW family. The Salem dealership is a beautiful building and showcases the vehicles incredibly well. I would rate my experience with Jesse and the Salem dealership as a 10/10 experience and will certainly be visiting again when its time for my next BMW. Greg More
