Hello. Thank you for the review. We are truly sorry you feel this way. We would like to take the time to explain what happened so everyone is aware, since your review offered no explanation. First, we admit our service department made a small mistake. The issue you had with your service visit was our fault. And we told you that. We came and picked your vehicle up from your place of employment, both times. You never had to actually come to the dealership. We corrected our mistake immediately and the issue was resolved in 1 day. Because of this, we offered you a complimentary oil change and tire rotation valued at $80 and you declined. Instead you demanded a "inconvenience fee", which we declined. You spoke to Brock and Jesse (Jesse called you moments after you left him a message on his office phone and offered you the oil change and rotation). We did everything possible to correct and compensate for our admitted mistake. After we corrected our mistake, someone that you know or are related to started calling and texting (harassing) one of our sales staff at home after hours.... at night. I asked you, while talking to you on the phone, to make sure that this stops, as the sales person had nothing to do with the issue. In short, we made a small mistake. We corrected the mistake quickly, and also attempted to compensate you for your inconvenience. You declined, while also having someone you know (that person is a local business owner) that has one of our staffs cell number, harass him at home after hours. And now, you left an unsatisfactory review after everything was resolved quickly. There was nothing more that we could do to make you happy and this is where we left it. Again, we are truly sorry for the mistake and hope we have a chance to earn your business in the future. Thank you

Please when you post a review, elaborate so everyone can know what you are actually reviewing. With that said, we will respond to your review like we responded to your wife's ....Thank you for the review, although we feel it is completely unwarranted. 1. In your wife's review she stated the taxes were collected wrongs....There were no taxes to make up. Your taxes were collected and paid in full like we do with every customer from your state. We do this because Ohio is a reciprocal state to your state of residence for sales tax. We know we did it correctly because you stated to us, you were able transfer/obtain plates from your state. We discussed this during our last phone call. 2. In your wife's review she stated we didn't pay off your trade loan. WE DID. Your trades value wasn't worth what you owed. We showed you that and from there you were able to make your decision to move forward with the purchase or not. In your case, you chose to move forward. 3. You stated we posted your trade online for $5000-$6000 more than we gave you....Your trade needed the hood repainted along with a few other mechanical items. That all costs money and adds to the cost of the vehicle. While it looks like initially we had $5000 profit on your trade, we can assure you after the hood repair and miscellaneous service work, this is not the case. 4. You stated we took pictures before the deal was final....As far as pictures we take of your trade before the deal is final, we take them for reference to what we can see needs repaired if your trade eventually is traded in to us. In your trade's case, the hood stood out glowingly with all of the paint bubbles. We also take pictures, so if a deal is not reached because of the damage on the trade, we can see clearly by the pictures that we didn't, or in a few cases (not this one) did, cause the damage during the appraisal test drive. Lastly, what we told you was true. You did make it easier by bringing your pre-approval. Less steps and easier transaction for you the customer and we the dealer. We do appreciate the business and we are truly sorry you feel the way you do about our dealership. We take great pride in customer satisfaction and it is never our intent to make customers unhappy.
