I took a 2019 GMC Terrain in to make a trade on a 2022 blazer that they have knowing what my trade in value was by Kelly’s blue book and also cars and drivers trade in tools black book which most dealersh blazer that they have knowing what my trade in value was by Kelly’s blue book and also cars and drivers trade in tools black book which most dealerships go by my trade-in value ranging on the low side is from 27,600 to 31,000 which my mileage is below 19,500 which is considered very low mileage they only offered me a lowball trade-in value of paying my car off at 21,300 + GM Family discount and there red tag event discount so as you can see they were over 6 grand off on my low side trade in value of 27,600. I understand that their in Business to make a profit, but this was more then making a profit, it was being way to greedy on their part. They would of not only been making money on the new blazer That we were interested in because it was for MRS price minus the red tag of white was 1000 and GM discount, long story short at 21,300 for my car, they would of been easily able to sell it for 31 to 32 grand making a 10 to 11 grand profit on my car alone. To me this was highway robbery. So I would strongly recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a Chevy to go elsewhere if they don’t want to be ripped off by a lowball trade in value. I’ve tried contacting the sales manager directly and no reply. Not good Business on their part More

I purchased a vehicle from out of town. My purchase order stated that the vehicle had approx. 21000 miles but ended up having over 24000 miles. That seems wildly inappropriate. I just had a very bad experience with Stykemain Chevrolet. I called the dealership a week ago last Saturday to look at a new 2021 Silverado Custom they had advertised on their website. I was told b Chevrolet. I called the dealership a week ago last Saturday to look at a new 2021 Silverado Custom they had advertised on their website. I was told by the salesperson that this vehicle was not at the dealership because it was being used as a loaner for someone. I was told the vehicle would be returned to the dealership on Thursday and I could come see it then. I received a text message from the salesperson Thursday morning that he would call me as soon as the vehicle was in. I waited to hear something all day but did not receive a call. On Friday I called the dealership and asked for the salesperson I had been dealing with. I was told that this salesperson was no longer with the dealership. I asked for another salesperson and explained the entire situation. I was told the vehicle was still not available but was supposed to be returned yet that afternoon. I was assured that they would call me as soon as it came in and would hold it for me. I finally received a text today that one the salespeople had sold the truck this morning. What????? I had been waiting for a week to see this truck, was told it was not in and they would hold it for me when it came back in and now it’s sold???? I called and asked for the sales manager and was told he was not available. Called for the owner and was told he was not in. Not sure what is going on at this dealership but I was treated very unfairly. Be very careful if you choose to do business with this dealership. More
