Had an executed Sale Agreement which included a trade-in and delivery with Salesman Jay Dachenhaus and his Sales Manager Jeese Renollet. Three days after accepting my offer and one day prior to the schedule and delivery with Salesman Jay Dachenhaus and his Sales Manager Jeese Renollet. Three days after accepting my offer and one day prior to the scheduled delivery, Jay cancelled my contract stating that they "forgot to figure in the sales tax" and could not offer me the truck at the previously agreed price. The truck was never re-listed for sale and clearly they sales management team agreed they could cancel my contract to pursue another sale option. This dealership is not trustworthy, and I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. More
