Make sure you only see salesman Jesse Smith I bought a very nice, one owner, cream-puff car ( 2018 Optima S ) with only 1,233 (like brand new) miles ; but if it was not for my salesman,Jesse Smi I bought a very nice, one owner, cream-puff car ( 2018 Optima S ) with only 1,233 (like brand new) miles ; but if it was not for my salesman,Jesse Smith, I probably would NOT have bought the car because the upper-mangment are very ridged on pricing, made the details confusing and did not make me feel like a valued customer who they wanted to sell a car to as follows : 1) I had to put in to much time and effort to get them to reduce the price only $368.20 !!!!!, from the window sticker price of $18,400 to $18,031.80 !!!! 2) The predelivery fee on the window sticker was $495,but they charged $695 ; they said this was because this fee recently went up,after the window sticker was put on the car !!! 3) As per the Experian Auto Check ( which I think is inferior to a Carfax ), the car was listed as being a lease when it was first registrated,but at auction it was announced as a fleet/lease ; but on my Buyer's Order,Agreement,and Vehicle Information Form from the dealer the car was listed as a short term rental !!!! When I asked a upper-manger for a Carfax I was told that Automax used only Experian Auto Check,and that if I wanted a Carfax I could/would have to buy one myself !!!! But,bottom line, I think/feel I got a great car at a fair price ; I just wish the buying process was a little easier,not made so confusing, and more accurate and transparent. The Finance Manger Dan Caputo was friendly enough and did his job quickly,but I give my salesman, Jesse Smith a 10 out 10 rating in every aspect !!!!! If you go here to buy a car I highly recommend that you deal only with Jesse Smith ,as he will make up for Management's short comings. More
